We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather goods, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn products back into their original packaging, including dust bags and accessories, and securely attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
