How does the Made-to-Order process work?
To eliminate waste and offer premium quality at fair prices, we manufacture our shoes only after you place an order. This traditional approach ensures every detail is perfected specifically for you.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Because each pair is handcrafted from scratch, production typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will send you regular email updates so you can follow your shoes through every stage of the crafting process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, original condition. If the fit isn't perfect, we provide free shipping for exchanges within the contiguous United States.
What type of leather do you use?
We exclusively use full-grain calfskin leather sourced from gold-rated Italian tanneries. This leather is durable, breathable, and develops a beautiful patina over time.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Yes. Most of our footwear is constructed using Blake stitching, which allows for a sleek profile and easy resoling by any professional cobbler once the soles have worn down.
How do I find my correct size?
